We respect your privacy! Cadence uses your customer information for internal purposes only. We will not sell, rent, disclose, loan, fold, spindle or mutilate the information collected on this site unless you give us your consent. We pledge not to flood you with emails and flyers. 2. Shipping Policy
We ship ground delivery via FedEx, UPS or occasionally DHL. Standard delivery time is five to ten business days. We strive to ship on Mondays so your wine won’t sit any longer than necessary in a warehouse.
We will not ship wine during hot summer months or freezing winter months unless you contact the winery directly and request alternative shipping arrangements.
Someone over the age of 21 must be present to sign for any packages containing alcohol (Federal Law). Three delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to us. Once returned, we must charge a $10 rerouting fee on all packages reshipped. To avoid this inconvenience, we recommend delivery to a commercially zoned business address.
