The color is crystal clear pale salmon, as I stole the juice off the skins less than 30 minutes after crush.Â On the nose there is blood orange, red raspberry, powdered sugar and a whiff of fresh cut field.Â It is summertime in the glass, in one long inhale.Â The palate flavors echo the nose and are driven by a nice cut of energetic acidity and saline texture courtesy ofÂ the Cabernet Franc.Â The finish is long, textured, supple and bone dry.Â This pairs perfectly with summer.
